"I Had An Affair With Somebody...."

Why do so many people view adultery as a sign of murderous intent? If someone has sex with someone, they're ready to kill their spouse? Ok, so maybe this movie is a bad example, but even here, it was about money and power, not sexual lust for someone else.

And maybe I have quirky taste but, Glenn Close was really hot back then (she may very well still be hot now, I just haven't seen her lately)
